Each month you will receive a new shipment of 3 exquisite, mint-condition stamps encased and mounted on 3 deluxe biography cards. By electing to purchase The Complete Collection Of U.S. Black American Commemorative Stamps , a complete series of collectibles will be reserved for you, eliminating the risk of missing out on any the historic stamps in this collection. You may, however, cancel your subscription at any time with no obligation and you may return any item, at any time, for any reason.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover directly through our secured check out online. Credit cards are not charged until your order ships. When paying for the first shipment by credit card, all subsequent shipments in your collection will be charged to the same credit card.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax on-line?
You only pay Sales Tax if you are a Resident of Connecticut. We are required by law to collect all Applicable Sales Tax in the State of Connecticut Only. The Sales Tax Rate for Connecticut Residents is 6%.

How will my order ship and when will it arrive?
Once you place your order you will receive an email stating that your order has been submitted successfully and is being processed by our fulfillment department. Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 24-72 hours and shipped by Standard Mail to typically arrive within 2 to 4 weeks (from the date of your order confirmation). Shipping by Standard Mail allows us to keep our prices as low as possible.

Do You Accept International Orders?
At the present time only residents of the United States and those who are active U.S. military personnel living overseas (with APO/FPO addresses) can order the collection.
